How did you feel about yourself prior to joining? What made you decide to join Bushido Fitness?

Before starting bushido I hated the way I looked and had no confidence in myself at all. Always tried to cover everything up as much as I could. I actually won a free pass for Bushido is a charity prize draw and have kept it up since then.

Had you tried losing weight in the past? What was your experience and how did Bushido Fitness differ?

I have tried to lose weight loads of times before, going to the gym 5 times a week, trying to cut foods down or out altogether. With Bushido it has been so much easier, diet plan is unbelievable and I’m training less now and getting the results I want is great.

What were your fears and concerns prior to joining Bushido Fitness?

My fears were that I wasn’t going to be able to lose the weight and would of felt embarrassed that I couldn’t stick to the plan. I also thought that my fitness levels weren’t going to be as good but once you get there fitness builds up

What helped you overcome those fears and concerns?

The support that you get from all people on the classes and trainers make it comfortable for you at all times. This makes you feel so much better about yourself because of getting over these fears

What obstacles did you face along the way to losing weight?
What helped overcome them?

Since starting Bushido I have lost weight every month, at times you feel like you could eat everything but the help from the group makes you remember exactly why you started in the first place.

How do you feel about yourself now?

I feel 100% better, I feel fitter and a lot more confident in myself. I never used to be happy with walking around with my top off but now I have lost the weight I have that confidence to do it and feel great about myself in and out.

There are many options for someone looking to lose weight. What do you think separates Bushido Fitness from other fitness/weight loss groups?

With bushido you don’t have to make sacrifices, you can still have the little treats during the day and still get great results. This is a huge plus comparing to others because they just try and cut everything out which demotivates the individual

How have your new fitness and nutrition habits affected your life?

I’m happier and more confident in everything I do which makes you feel better about life

If you could go back in time and speak to your old self before Bushido Fitness, what advice would you give?

I would say to start up as soon as you can and enjoy every second that you do
