How did you feel about yourself prior to joining? What made you decide to join Bushido Fitness?
The way I felt about myself was unmotivated going through the motions and everyday things started to become harder to do
Had you tried losing weight in the past? What was your experience and how did Bushido Fitness differ?
Yes it always seemed to be training all the time and eating salad every day and still I was seeing little to no results. Bushido Fitness gives you the training and meal plan and all the experience of the coaches to help you achieve your goals
What were your fears and concerns prior to joining Bushido Fitness?
My fears had to be like most people I think am I going to be the most unfit person there and are people going to be looking at me being the new lad
What helped you overcome those fears and concerns?
I realised everyone there was chasing there own goals and found the coaches to be very helpful and friendly
What obstacles did you face along the way to losing weight?
What helped overcome them?
I had never actually set myself any goals to achieve, so I didn’t know what direction I was going until I read one of Ian’s emails on how important it is to set yourself a goal or target
How do you feel about yourself now?
I have never felt better this has got to be the fittest and healthiest I have been in a very long time
There are many options for someone looking to lose weight. What do you think separates Bushido Fitness from other fitness/weight loss groups?
The experience of the trainers has to be the main one for me and you have the support of the online group too
How have your new fitness and nutrition habits affected your life?
I am more confident and feel like I can achieve anything I set my mind to
If you could go back in time and speak to your old self before Bushido Fitness, what advice would you give?
I think I would give myself a good talking to and ask myself, why am I in the gym 5 to 6 times a week? I now do three sessions a week and have seen more progress than I ever had
